As the world ages, society continuously learns and unlearns different concepts and knowledge that come to light. Although, we are so used to following what is deemed "normal" by most people, especially regarding mental health, race, and gender. In this episode, Robyn and Jessica talk about how to destigmatize some social constructs.
Robyn is a straight-shooting Aussie who is known to be a nonconformist! She co-founded Robyn Priest LIVE YOUR TRUTH, mental health and peer support education and strategy firm.
Her Post Graduate Diploma involved majoring in Social Research Methods, Public Policy, and Health care. She has extensive experience working in business, government, and non-profit organizations. Known as the Peer Support 'Guru', Robyn has been developing and training mental health and peer services for over 20 years and in 10 different countries.
Her signature strengths are authentically connecting with people, making fun, and simplifying the message. Robyn's passion is helping people go from surviving to thriving.
